Since then he has stamped the earth with hundreds of thousands of square feet of building structures. It is a great accomplishment. He has done it with respect to the community and the environment, and he has done it with the quality and integrity of a master.

He does it fast, efficiently, accurately and lets nothing stand in his way. The client gets what they bargained for. Jeff is there when the dirt is turned over and there when the door knob needs adjusting. The client looks for confidence and experience on the job and he provides that.

Phillip graduated with a degree in finance, and although he is our "human calculator", he provides much more. Phillip serves as the primary liaison between the construction and development teams and is also the main client contact.

He makes himself available to our clients at all times in an effort to ensure that our finished product surpasses their expectations.

Virginia came to S.L. Shaw with a background in real estate, having practiced with a firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions and construction litigation. Now she handles all of the day to day transactions of the company…and there are a lot of them. She keeps our concept simple and consistent.

Real Estate by definition requires legal governance. She provides that to our firm and our clients. Having an in house attorney reduces anxiety and the "churning" experience that costs us all money and time in real estate transactions.
